Another intriguing spirit from El Destilado - this time it's a Mexican rum! Coming from Oaxaca, it's made with raw sugar cane juice, which has been wild fermented and then distilled in an eight plate column still by Isidoro Krassel Peralta.
Slightly tangy with green apple and white grape, with cut grass and peppercorn spice in support.

Super bright and grassy Agricole style rum. Bought for an evening of daiquiris and it didn't disappoint!
Very smooth and herbal. In the same spirit as a Rum Agricole, Clairin style. Nice for sipping and mixology
One of the worst bottles of Alcohol i ever tried. Doesn't taste like Rum at all, this is pure alcohol - very disappointing.
