A blend of three Caribbean rums created by Diablesse, which is based in Manchester. The blend marries spirit from Worthy Park, Foursquare and Diamond Distillery (produced in the only remaining wooden Coffey still), all aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
Chocolate, vanilla pod, light oak, chargrilled pineapple, banana, fudge.
Really fruity, banana, butterscotch, fruitcake, tropical fruit, nice sharpness, warm, peppery oak on mid-palate.
Decent length. Fruity banana bread and pepper on the finish, pineapple cubes

You get Oak and Smokey taste to start, which turn to a butterscotch and finish with a peppery spice in your mouth.

Really lovely tasting rum. Highly recommend.
