Bacardi 151, a very strong rum which has been bottled at 75% abv, from the 1970s. The bottle features a sticker informing you that the liquid is flammable, and we feel that this deserves a second mention. Be careful with this rum!

This was found under a staircase and opened almost straight away by a rum enthusiast. When it was pointed out how special it was, he decided to share. With a measure of rum to 2 measures of diet coke, a slice of lime and 3 cubes of ice, the caramel and vanilla overtones ripped through any defences and became an instant favourite. Glad to have helped finish this bottle, as it was ridiculously tasty and warming.
