A cracking joven mezcal from Xamán produced from 100% organic espadín agave. The agave is traditionally cooked in oven pits, lined with stones collected from the nearby river. Bottled up without dilution, it's a well-rounded spirit, with an elegant balance of vegetal sweetness and soft smoke.
