Mina Real Mezcal Blanco
Ecologically sustainable blanco mezcal from Mina Real in Oaxaca! By employing an innovative steaming method to slow cook its agave, the consumption of firewood is avoided. Agave juices are fermented along with crushed agave fibers, before double distillation in copper alembic stills which achieves a fabulous depth of earthy flavour.

Earthy clay and rubber combine with vegetal, herbaceous notes of asparagus, floral sweetness, gentle smoke, and a peppery finish.
