Unaged mezcal from Real de Minas Distillery in the highlands of southern Mexico, released for the Don Amado Mezcal range. Master distiller Germán Bonifacio Arellanes certainly has some know how, his family have been producing mezcal continually for 11 generations! Ideal for sipping, this one.
