An unaged mezcal from Mezcales Cosmicos, distilled used the lesser-spotted Bicuishe agave! This wild variety takes around 15 years to mature, and after it's fermented and roasted this one is double distilled. Some lovely nutty, chocolatey notes to be found in this bottling.
