This edition of Marca Negra Mezcal has been made using Dobadán agave, a variety not often seen in Mezcal production.

Nose
Hay, black liquorice, a core of mineral-rich smoke and a touch of Tabasco sauce.
Palate
Roasted bell peppers, more herbaceous smoke, powdered sugar on doughnuts and light elements of dried earth.
Finish
Black peppercorn and chalky sweets.
