Alipus go out and find tasty Mezcal from very small producers in Mexico, to open the world of the spirit just that little bit wider for us to enjoy. This edition was produced by Sr Eduardo Hernandez, in Santa Ana Del Rio, Oaxaca, using Espadin agave and double distillation in copper pot stills.
