Enmascarado 45
The Enmascarado, or 'Masked Hero', is a Silver Mezcal made using organic agave plants baked in an underground oven before the juice is double distilled in copper pot stills by master craftsman Don Guillermo Abad Hernandez. Mezcal was for a long time seen as inferior Tequila; however, in recent years, higher-quality Mezcals have been entering the market and winning awards at international sprit competitions.

Nose
Big citrus notes underpinned with smoking charcoal and salty toffee.
Palate
Apple wood smoke, lime juice and salt crystals.
Finish
Lots of wood smoke, salted caramel and lime zest.
Overall
This is a salty and smoky offering with tangy lime notes to spice it up!
