Del Maguey Vida Puebla is a mezcal made using 100% ripe Espadín agave. The piñas are roasted underground and naturally fermented before being double distilled in small copper stills at a palenque in Axocopan, Puebla.
Caramelised agave, peaches, pine, grapefruit, and white pepper.
