Description

This exquisite mezcal from Clase Azul shines a light on Mexico's little-explored southern state of Guerrero. It's produced from the very rare papalote agave that grows wild in the mountain ranges of Guerrero, surrounded by fresh green forests and a coastal climate for a buttery profile, layered with notes of grapefruit and rosemary. Pair with fresh goat's cheese, red plums, or white chocolate.

Overall

Fragrant notes of fresh wood, peanuts, garden herbs, grapefruit peel, delicate florals, and lemon juice, with undertones of seaweed, pepper, and tobacco.
