Another marvellous Mezcal presented as part of the Alipús, this time from San Juan del Rio! Always impressive stuff from producers that love the Mezcal craft (Mezcraft? Sounds a little too much like a certain videogame...).
Sweet, roasted agave with a traditional touch of smoke. Subtly fruity, with a little bit of herbaceous menthol.
