This clever liqueur combines the aromatic, woody notes of Japanese Mizunara oak with the herbal complexity of Yomogi, or Japanese mugwort. With a delicately smoky, sweetly herbaceous profile, its makers recommend trying this in place of the likes of herbal liqueurs like Green Chartreuse in cocktails. You can also try mixing with soda, or even, rather intriguingly, milk!
