This clever liqueur combines the aromatic, woody notes of Japanese Mizunara oak with the herbal complexity of Yomogi, or Japanese mugwort. With a delicately smoky, sweetly herbaceous profile, its makers recommend trying this in place of the likes of herbal liqueurs like Green Chartreuse in cocktails.
