Strega
Strega is a popular Italian digestif. It is made with a variety of herbs and spices (around 70) including mint, fennel and saffron (from which it gets its yellow colour). Spicy and minty, it is a great liqueur. The word "Strega" means "Witch" in Latin.

My favourite digestif. Not too sweet, not too strong, warming and satisfying. Unfortunately impossible to find in shops.
