Passoã is a French passion fruit liqueur. It is also made with mango, pineapple and coconut.
This cheeky little liqueur is so amazingly versatile, it is an absolute must in my summer cocktail cuboards. Served straight up as a shot, with orange juice as a short, or with a coconut rum and pineapple juice to create the perfect tropical sun scape in a tall glass.
