Muyu, named after the word for ‘seed’ in Quechan languages, was established in 2016 by Monica Berg, Alex Kratena and Simone Caporale, after they returned from exploring the Amazon. Chinotto Nero takes its flavour profile from the eponymous drink, with a blend of cinchona, oak moss, curacao orange and cacao. Simply pair this zesty liqueur with tonic water, and you're good to go!

I love this liqueur first recommended in an amaro bar. It is not too sweet and is so drinkable on its own.
