“Having been previously put off amaro by some in-your-face aggressively bitter options, trying this was a wonderful reintroduction. There is a bitterness that lurks in the background but it's more than balanced by the delicious zesty orange flavours present here. An excellent addition to the spirit cabinet, and pairs wonderfully with pretty much every spirit. Swap out for cointreau or curacao and you're good to go! Well-balanced mai tais here we come!”
