Though you may know Monin more for their excellent array of syrups, they also have their own selection of liqueurs too! This is their Crème de Mûre liqueur, bursting at the seams with blackberry juiciness. They recommend enjoying it in Champagne and even in hot chocolate (which sounds very yummy indeed).
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Elegant, slightly thick mouth-feel. Ripe blackberries, freshly picked. A touch of leafy green notes appears (somewhat adding to the 'freshness' of the blackberry notes).
