Monin's Cacao Blanc is a chocolate flavoured liqueur made by macerating cacao beans in alcohol. A must for any self-respecting cocktail connoisseur.
Perfect for cocktails. Just the right degree of chocolateness.
Wasn't too experienced with this, so don't know what to compare it too. Makes a nice grasshopper - 1 creme de cacao, 1 creme de menthe and 2 double cream. Also nice to swap out the vodka in a white Russian with it, 1 x creme de cacao, 1x kaluah 2x cream or milk.
