Merlet Crème de Mure is a beautiful blackberry liqueur which is great in whisky cocktails, or perhaps in a cocktail with a little dark rum and some lemon juice.
Rich and fruity without being too sweet
I've tried several but this is the one that makes a good bramble cocktail what it is. Try it with bombay sapphire, they go surprisingly well together.
