Made using premium Brazilian Bananas, macerated in spirit with a good slug of Cognac added for body and depth. Reminded us of flambéed bananas. Smashing over Ice, or in a martini.
I was recommended to try this Giffard banane du bresil whilst looking for a quality banana liqueur recently not to be confused with Giffard creme de banana. I eventually found it at masters of malt and couldn't be happier with the quality it has brought to the many cocktails ive now tried. My tip Dont skimp on measures as it wont be overpowering and to truly appreciate the gorgeous flavours that come through,not sickly or overly sweet or harsh alcohol just pure banana faint hint of vanilla spice

Absolutely true to its discriotion. Its intensely bananary but not overly sweet leaving a pleasant after taste. It has its own flavour and taste of green unripe bananas which bursts out on the tongue. Its intense but so enjoyable and not overly sweet.
