A stunning liqueur from Giffard, Abricot du Roussillon is produced in France. It’s made by slowly macerating “Rouges du Roussillon” apricots, which are known for being more aromatic and less acidic than other varieties, and is just bursting full of the eponymous fruit.
Like apricot tart in a bottle, with a drizzle of honey, dried apricot and sweeter tropical fruits alongside.
