Giffard make this pomegranate liqueur by blending pomegranate juice and natural extracts with alcohol. The result is the slightly tannic, rich flavour of pomegranates, and it goes brilliantly in a variety of cocktails.

Not bad at all. Could be stronger, but we liked it. Quite sweet, so better mixed. Many of these kinds of liqueurs could be made of anything and if one were to blind taste would probably fail to correctly identify the fruit; Not the case here. Pomegranate, unquestionably.
