A delicious violet liqueur from top French liqueur makers, Giffard. Suitable for use in Aviation Cocktails, along with a good gin, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice.
The perfect ingredient for an Aviation. Depending on the brand of Maraschino being used (and even the Gin), the measures may need to be fine-tuned. But this is definitely a favourite as coupled with the Briottet Maraschino.
Excellent liqueur and never lets me down when preparing Aviations. Use in small doses though, I find.
