“Very nice in my version of a Harvey Wallbanger. Double shot citrus type gin (ie malfy), double shot vanilla galliano, over ice in a cocktail shaker, top up with fresh orange juice, shake, serve. I call it the Sarah Head Banger. ”

Galliano is a delicious Italian liqueur, packaged in beautiful and unmistakable tapered bottle. This is made with vanilla beans and has a wonderful flavour.

Nose

Sweet spices and hints of aniseed meld with a core of sweet vanilla and lemon curd.

Palate

Citrus and vanilla. Slightly herbal too, and very creamy. Custard apples and icing sugar.

Finish

Slightly peppery finish. Long.
