Delicious
I bought this liqueur to add to prosecco and it's absolutely delicious, I also bought the pineapple flavour too which is equally delicious! I'm definitely going to be trying more flavours.

Works well in an Aviation
Wasn't sure what would work best for an Aviation but this made an excellent cocktail. Will definitely buy again!

Very Good
A cracking bottle to have on the shelf. Stands for itself in an Aviation with just a teaspoon used. Would be great if the manufacturer offered a 35cl alternative as you really don't use that much due to its potency!

Parma violets in a drink ... lovely
Bought thinking it might be a bit methy but willing to try it. Was nothing of the sort fabulous violet flavour smooth on the palette and surprisingly unsickly.
If you like violet this is worth a go.

A little something subtle (violet liqueur ) C'est Bon!
I had the pleasure of drinking a champagne cocktail made with creme de violette in the South of France last year and have been longing for it ever since!!!
I Decided to go online and found this delightful bottle from the famous Edmond Briottet Cave and ordered it tout de suite!
It arrived the following day and hasn't disappointed. Subtle violet flavours in champagne make for a divine aperitif. My advice is not to put too much liqueur in order to preserve its subtlety. Chin chin.

We used the above liqueur at our daughters wedding, not only did it add such a lovely floral taste to the Champagne which was commented on by many of the guests, but the colour was a perfect match for the Bridesmaids gowns.
