Noix de la Saint Jean
A green walnut-based aperitif liqueur from Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, which also features notes of fortified wine, cinnamon, clove, pepper and nutmeg, as well as a touch of sugar. It pairs rather well with strong cheeses - so perhaps this could be used as a digestif as well.
