A rather sweet almond liqueur from Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, Amandine d'Amande was created using a combination of almond essence and infusions of cherry, peach, vanilla and caramel, as well as sugar and Fine de Provence. Works great as a digestif, but can also be used in baking!
