
Dark Matter’s contemporary interpretation on coffee liqueur is bound to take your Espresso Martini game up a notch. It was distilled in the first (and currently only) rum distillery in Scotland by founders (and brothers) Jim and John Ewen. The duo created the Spiced Mocha Liqueur by blending Arabica beans and South American toasted cocoa seeds with Aji chillis.
Coffee notes meld maturely with chocolate and baking spice.
