Umeshu is a Japanese plum flavoured liqueur, made by steeping green, unripe ume fruit in alcohol. This Choya Umsehu has been combined not just with high-quality honey, but with royal jelly too! It's also got some of those ume plums in the bottle. How grand. This is a 17% ABV bottling.
