The person who says this doesn't taste like pistachio must have had covid recently and lost their sense of taste because this stuff tastes exactly like it. It's great and was extremely popular at the last drinks night I hosted. In fact I'm only reviewing this now because 3.5 stars is a chronic disservice. No, instead I came online to buy another bottle.
It's definitely thick and creamy with some rich notes of pistachio. I think the notes of pistachio aren't overpowering as some comments may say below because at the end of the day it's a liqueur - not a smoothie - the alcohol element will always takeaway a bit of the edge in regards to flavour, saying this the notes of pistachio are definitely there. I highly recommend it and not sponsored by the brand in any way, wish I was. It's an elegant and refined drink and absolutely perfect when served on ice, was recommended to use on desserts as well but I would not recommend wasting it as such. 5* from me.
It does not taste like pistachio at all...
Delicious, pistachio, cream and alcohol - what's not to like? I enjoy it but the ladies of the house consume it voraciously! It vanishes at such a rate I wonder if they consume it intravenously!
