This innovative creation from Bordeaux Distilling Co. lays claim to being the world's first transparent organic coffee liqueur! Guatemalan de-pulped coffee cherries (cascara) and coffee blossom (both by-products of coffee production) are individually macerated in organic grain alcohol for two weeks before low-temperature vacuum distillation. These two distillates are combined with a third element, generated by pot distilling the filtered leftovers from the company's own cold brew liqueur. The three are then blended and rested for six months while gradually reducing the strength down to a satisfying 22% ABV. Transparent Espresso Martini, anyone?
