Bigallet Thym Liqueur is a refreshing, floral traditional drink, made in the French Alps by slowly macerating sprigs of thyme into neutral spirit. We would mention the missing "e" from the word thyme on the bottle, but that's just how it's spelt in French. Anyway, it's not like we're pedants about whether some words need the letter "e" or not.
