Great value digestif that helps to settle that rather over indulged meal, but it also makes for a good aground liqueur.
This my favourite after dinner drink, beautiful taste and very moreish, and with Amazon doing amazing offers, I always have one in the cupboard. If only more UK restaurants stocked it,

This is really nice. It's like nothing else really (well actually it's a bit reminiscent of good Pedro Ximénez sherry, but quite different too): bitter and sweet at the same time. Lovely. Diffords have a recipe called Negroni And The Goat: two parts gin, one part each of Aperol and Italian vermouth, half a part of this. Try it. Awesome :)
