This right here is Adriatico Amaretto Bianco, an intriguing expression built around almond milk made from crushed white almonds, resulting in a subtly creamy but lactose-free liqueur! Ought to be very handy for mixologists.

This is a really unusual, delicious liqueur. It has an almond milk-like consistency and aftertaste but with the lovely sweetness and flavour of a very good amaretto. Clearly not a whisky so I'm not quite sure why it's on Master of Malt, but it's lovely nonetheless.
I detest amaretto, but bought this for my OH for his BD. It lasted hours! He loved it that much. He likened it to amaretto milkshake, that had a touch of alcohol as a bonus. Sweet, milky, amaretto. That good, he didn't bother with a glass either! All he was missing was the brown paper bag ;-)
