Harking back to the days when casks full of spirits sat at the back of a warehouse would be left for long lengths of time because they were difficult to get at, the folks behind Fifty Pounds Gin have released their very own cask-aged gin, named Cask at the Back. This expression was aged for an impressive 7 years in a cask that previously contained Pedro Ximénez, resulting in oodles of cask influence on the gin. Only 500 bottles were produced.
