Hallmark Birmingham Gin Bottling Note

Joining the Hallmark Navy Strength series from the Sheffield Distillery, this edition takes its inspiration from the city of Birmingham, specifically its history as a port used for trade with the Caribbean and West Indies. As such, you can expect some tropical botanicals in the mix with the likes of fresh limes and a big load of desiccated coconut allowed to infuse before distillation. With a hearty ABV of 61.5% ABV, this should be extremely versatile for concocting some tasty drinks.
