This No. 209 Gin has been treated to a finishing period of 3 - 4 months in casks which have previously held Sauvignon Blanc wine from the Rudd Oakville Estate in Napa Valley. This one strikes a good balance between grape sweetness and classic herbaceous notes from the gin's botanicals.
