Another brilliant release from That Boutique-y Gin Company produced by the excellent New York Distilling Company! You've heard of Perry's Tot Gin, and even Aged Perry's Tot Gin, now behold Perry's Ghost Gin, which was beautifully crafted at New York Distilling Company in Brooklyn before it was bottled by That Boutique-y Gin Company.

So, what they've done is vacuum-re-distil the aforementioned Aged Perry's Tot Gin, which itself is a cask-aged variant of the also aforementioned Perry's Tot navy strength gin. Also, remember the sandwich-stealing ghost on the label of Aged Perry's Tot Gin? You can see things from his point of view in this one - it's like one of those first-person video games, except with a sandwich in hand instead of a laser cannon.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Fresh, clean white grapefruit and with a good helping of piney juniper and toasted coconut. Subtle notes of baking spices, cinnamon and cardamom, and a hint of orange oil.
