It's a navy strength gin that features a base of Triple Juniper Gin, made with juniper steeped in the spirit, redistilled with fresh juniper and with juniper in the still's vapour basket. But as if that wasn't enough, the Australian distillers blend a pure juniper distillate made with Macedonian juniper into the mix!
Drying pine and cedar, with peppercorn, floral vanilla and cassia building on the palate. Juniper remains at the forefront throughout, and lasts for ages on the finish.
