The folks at Mallows Distillery looked beyond their Welsh surroundings when searching for flavour inspiration for this gin. Landing upon a tropical trio of mango, passion fruit and lime, they've come up with a fruit forward gin that should do nicely in all manner of mixed drinks.
Each fruit component is present with sweet, sticky mango, zingy passion fruit balanced by zesty lime, juniper pops up amongst the fruit, with some gentle heat on the finish.
We tried every Gin at the BBC Good Food show and can report that Mallows Mango/Passion Fruit and Lime was THE best. Stunning Gin

Met the team behind the brand at the Caerphilly Food Festival - had some great a banter and they were so knowledgable about their product and the market. I could have stayed with them all day!! Bought the Mango, Passion Fruit and Lime in a miniature as tired with some lemonade - wow it was lovely. So we bought a full size bottle and it was the last one they had as they were sold out by 3pm. Will be ordering more on Master of Malt!!
As the weather is changing and we are enjoying a G&T after work, in the Spring Sun, we discovered this Gin in a local bar. My husband and I had this with a Mediterranean tonic water, a wedge of lime and lots of ice - it was so refreshing and unusual - I cannot recommend highly enough.
