A rather inventive presentation of Gin Mare, which is made using arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin. This comes in a lantern, which you could use to light up your garden (after removing the bottle and replacing it with a little candle, obviously).
Herbal nose with berry fruits. Hints of soapiness and perfume.
Very herbal and aromatic palate. Perfume-like delivery. Coriander and tart juniper, citrus zest.
Zesty, spiced finish.

Keep this in the freezer. When ready, pour into a glass that has been rinsed with vermouth. Add an olive and a little brine if you like it dirty. THIS GIN IS FANTASTIC!
