Christmas-y spice and juicy orange, with a backbone of savoury herbs and vanilla.
Floral at first with citrus blossom and angelica. A hearty kick of fresh ginger root on the mid-palate.
Oily juniper and a touch of cask spices.

Son brought a sampler of this back from a visit to the UK. Wow...great tasting gin. I wish we could buy it here in Alabama.
Very smooth but lacking character! Doesn’t benefit from cask ageing other than colour! Severely disappointed and would certainly not buy again! Would’ve been one star but slight hints of taste scraped it by!
