The folks at Dunnet Bay Distillery in Scotland have only gone and made a Navy Strength edition of their very popular Rock Rose Gin! The bumped up ABV brings an intensity to the flavour profile, dialling up the pine freshness, the earthy herbaceous elements and the blaeberry juiciness.
Citrus and lively pine.
Earthy angelica and ripe, up-front blaeberry sweetness.

I am normally a Cask Strength Malt drinker-not a G&T drinker, even less a cocktail with umbrella drinker, but this 100 proof(old money !) gin is great, sipped very slowly neat from freezer or on the rocks. Don’t insult t with tonic, maybe just a scent spray of good vermouth, but best Neat as nature intended.
Ooh I love the Rock Rose so thought I'd try the Navy too. It is tremendous. So very smooth and very palatable. Thoroughly enjoyed. Drank it with ice
