A unique Mexican gin here, sporting a few botanicals you don't see all too often. Condesa Gin Clásica is a celebration of Mexico's abundant flora, showcasing the country's herbs, flowers, and resins with palo santo, sage, jasmine, cedron, myrrh, and lime peel among the diverse botanical list. A harmony of herbaceous, floral, bitter, and zesty flavours make it a well-balanced gin for all manner of cocktails.
What a star! Delicious both neat and with tonic water. Reminiscent of Da Mhile seaweed gin and Rosemullion Seafarers gin - more to the savoury than sweet side of gin-dom, and all the better for it. Will buy again, and look to try the prickly pear variant when back in stock.
