Top stuff all the way from Somerset, great for using in cocktails – and you won't need to add as much to them, what with the bumped-up ABV and punchy flavour profile. Handy.
Cinnamon and cassia spiciness rises first, bolstered by earthy juniper. A splash of fresh citrus develops, plus some softly oaky warmth later on.
