Chew Valley London Dry Gin
This is a marvellous London dry gin all the way from the South West of England, produced in Chew Magna (it's between Bristol and Bath - it's nice!). 11 botanicals sit at the heart of this expression, along with organic British grain spirit and Cheddar spring water. Handsome bottles, too.

A big helping of juniper, followed by spicy coriander and soft liquorice hints.
