Chew Valley Navy Strength Gin
From the Chew Valley range comes a Navy Strength Gin, with a recipe based around its London Dry gin alongside an extra helping of cassia, fennel, grains of paradise, and lemon zest. Top stuff all the way from Somerset, great for using in cocktails – and you won't need to add as much to them, what with the bumped-up ABV and punchy flavour profile. Handy.

Cinnamon and cassia spiciness rises first, bolstered by earthy juniper. A splash of fresh citrus develops, plus some softly oaky warmth later on.
