From the same folks behind Wild Knight spirits comes this Spiced expression of Boudicea Gin! It's named as such because it's distilled from October to December, but also because of its flavour profile as it's distilled using cranberries and winter spices. Definitely one for those cooler evenings. Did somebody say Negroni?
